How do I use a voucher code?
Open the offer, read its conditions and copy the code if one is provided. Visit the retailer, add eligible items to your basket and enter the code in the voucher, promo-code or discount-code field before payment.
Do all offers need a voucher code?
No. Some deals apply automatically when you visit the retailer through the offer link. Others may apply during a sale or when you purchase selected products.
Why did my voucher code not work?
The code may have expired, changed, reached its usage limit or not apply to your basket. Check minimum spend, product exclusions, customer eligibility, region and expiry date before trying again.
Can I use a voucher code with sale items?
Sometimes, but it depends on the retailer. Many retailers exclude clearance, discounted, gift-card or selected-brand products. The retailer’s terms at checkout are the final rules.
Can I use more than one code on an order?
Most retailers allow one voucher code per order. Some may allow a code alongside an automatic sale or free-delivery offer, but this varies by retailer.
Can I add a discount code after placing an order?
Usually not. Voucher codes normally need to be entered before payment. You can contact the retailer, but it decides whether a post-order adjustment is possible.
Why is the retailer price different from the listing?
Retailer prices, availability, taxes, delivery charges and promotions can change quickly. Always check the retailer’s final checkout total before paying.
Are voucher codes guaranteed to work?
No. We aim to keep listings useful, but retailers can change or remove promotions without notice. The retailer confirms whether a code applies to your order.

Is Discount Pound a shop?
No. Discount Pound is a directory of voucher codes, promotions and shopping information. Orders, payments and delivery are handled by the retailer you visit.
Who takes payment for my order?
The retailer takes payment directly through its own website or payment provider. Discount Pound does not collect payment-card details for retailer purchases.
Who handles delivery and tracking?
The retailer is responsible for dispatch, delivery times, delivery charges, tracking information and delayed or missing parcels.
Who handles refunds, returns and cancellations?
The retailer handles returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds and warranties under its own terms. Discount Pound cannot approve or process a retailer refund.
My order confirmation has not arrived. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact the retailer using its customer-support details and include your order information.
What if my order is damaged, missing or incorrect?
Contact the retailer as soon as possible. Include your order number, delivery details and any photos requested by the retailer so it can investigate the issue.

Do I need an account to use Discount Pound?
No. You can browse public stores, categories and offers without an account. Some optional website features may require registration.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page. If you still cannot access your account, contact us through the contact form.
How do I unsubscribe from deal emails?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a Discount Pound email. You can also contact us if you need help changing an email preference.
Can I request deletion of my account?
Yes. Use our contact form to request account closure. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is it safe to enter payment details on Discount Pound?
Discount Pound does not process retailer checkout payments. Enter payment details only on the retailer’s official checkout page, and never send card details or passwords through our contact form.

What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a tracked retailer link. If you complete an eligible purchase or action after clicking it, Discount Pound may receive a commission from the retailer or affiliate network.
Does using an affiliate link make my order more expensive?
Discount Pound does not add a separate charge to your order. The retailer controls its own prices, delivery charges, taxes and final checkout total.
What does “Ad” or “Advertisement” mean?
It means a retailer or advertiser has paid for additional visibility. A paid placement is not a guarantee of savings, product quality or retailer service.
How do I report an expired voucher code or broken link?
Use our contact form and include the retailer name, offer page and a short description of the issue. We will review the listing.
Can a retailer submit an offer to Discount Pound?
Retailers, advertisers and authorised representatives can contact us with promotion information. Submission does not guarantee that an offer will be published.
How can I contact Discount Pound?
Use our contact form for website questions, listing reports or general enquiries. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
