Affiliate Disclosure

Discount Pound is a deals and voucher-code website. To help keep the site running, some links to retailers, products and services may be affiliate links. This page explains what that means for you.

How affiliate links work

An affiliate link is a tracked link that tells a retailer or affiliate network that a visitor came from Discount Pound. If you click an affiliate link and complete an eligible action—such as making a purchase, starting a trial or signing up for a service—we may receive a commission.

The commission is paid by the retailer or affiliate network. It does not normally create an additional charge from Discount Pound for your purchase. The retailer controls the final product price, delivery cost, taxes, promotions and checkout total.

What affiliate commission does—and does not—mean

Affiliate relationships help us feature deals, voucher codes and retailer offers. However, they do not mean that a retailer is the cheapest option, that every code will work, or that every offer is suitable for every shopper.

Always check the retailer’s final checkout price, offer conditions, eligibility requirements, expiry date, exclusions, stock availability and delivery charges before placing an order.

Discount Pound does not promise that it lists every retailer, every deal or every available price in the market. A retailer may appear because an affiliate link, offer information or other relevant content is available to us.

Affiliate content and advertising labels

Where content, a link or a voucher code is connected to an affiliate relationship, we aim to make its commercial purpose clear. Where a retailer or advertiser has paid for additional visibility, we will identify the placement clearly as “Ad”, “Advertisement” or another clear equivalent label visible before you engage with it.

A paid or promoted placement is not a guarantee of value, product quality, availability, savings or suitability. It should not be treated as a personal recommendation or endorsement unless we clearly state otherwise.

Retailer prices, offers and purchases

Retailers can change or withdraw offers at any time. The retailer’s website, terms and checkout price always take priority over information shown on Discount Pound.

Discount Pound does not sell or supply the retailer’s products or services. Any purchase is made directly with the retailer, and the retailer is responsible for payment, order confirmation, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and customer support.

Retailer names, logos and trademarks

Retailer names, logos, product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Discount Pound is used to identify the relevant retailer or offer.

A standard retailer listing does not necessarily mean that the retailer sponsors, endorses or has a direct commercial relationship with Discount Pound. We only describe a placement as paid, sponsored or promoted where that is applicable.

External websites and tracking

When you follow a link from Discount Pound, you may be directed to a retailer, affiliate network or other third-party website. That third party may use its own cookies, referral identifiers and privacy practices.

Please read the retailer’s terms and privacy information before making a purchase. You can also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about this website.
